9.6. Any person who contravenes section 6.6, 6.6.1, 6.7, 6.10 or 7.1 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of
(1)  $4,000 to $250,000, in the case of a natural person;
(2)  $12,000 to $1,500,000, in all other cases.
